Check-In #1
So I broke two of my three goals last week, but more importantly I actually followed through on goal # 1. Yep, I worked out 6 out of 7 days. In addition, I completed the first week of the program and I signed up for my first 5k(ever). So overall, I am very happy with last week. As or my goals...
Goals:
- Workout at least 6x a week.
Drink 9 glasses of water a day.
Journal/post at least 3 times a week (track the program).
I'm gonna keep on working on goal #2 and I'm changing goal #3. Instead of 3 times a week, I will be checking in once a week. I've also been following the Tone It Up program. I love it! Inspiration board to come.
