New Year's Resolutions

     A bad habit I’m going to break:
     Arriving late

      A destination I’d like to visit:
      Mammoth Lakes, CA

     I’m going to work harder at:
     Being active everyday

     A project I’d like to finish:
     Organizing my home

     A class I’d like to take:
     Wine and food pairing

     I’d like to spend more time:
     Outside

     A food I want to eat more of:
     Raw fruits and veggies

     I want to wear more:
     Dresses

My goals for 2012 can pretty much be summed up in the image above. At this point in my life I have accomplished many of my goals, but now I'm looking forward at my future and I see some uncertainty. This is really a year of my life that I believe will define me and my life choices. This is why I hope for all of these things. 

  1. I hope to think positively about all the adventures to come, and to go onward with all my heart. 
  2. Health is something that I, in past years, have put aside in the pursuit of other accomplishments. Therefore, I have set a goal of exercising at least 3 times a week and eating healthier foods. By the end of this year I would like to be exercising on a daily basis.  
  3. To work hard is a professional goal of mine, and something that I will explain more in depth over the following months. 
  4. To stay strong mentally and physically is combined with the goal of worrying less. Stress is something that I have too often let consume me.
  5. "Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain." I hope to live this year to the fullest. 
  6. Love often. "The best thing to hold onto in life is each other." 
  7. All of the above will lead to the most important thing-- to enjoy life and to be happy.
